A holistic feel-good package for women – that's what this is all about. It provides a safe place where every type of woman, with all her emotions, personal topics, curves, and joy of movement to rhythmic music, is warmly welcome, thereby promoting the quality of feminine movement.
Female empowerment through self-love
Together, we strengthen our inner and outer self-image, our self-confidence, and the love for our bodies. Initially, we discuss a current topic related to femininity or personal development, followed by self-love exercises either in pairs or as a group. After that, we warm up our bodies with some exercise to prepare for dancing.
Dance and body awareness together
This is primarily not just about choreography but also about learning how to move to the beat of the music and best showcase your curves. Basic twerking exercises, hip-focused dance movements, booty shaking, whining, and basic Latin steps help us let go of inhibitions and insecurities. Towards the end, there's a full-body stretching session to enhance flexibility.
The program is then rounded off with a meditation/breathing exercise or a relaxation-energy exercise. The concept comes from the heart of a woman, aimed at reminding other powerful women out there of their inner strength and beauty. ❤️
